 “We contacted Sue Rattigan at “Total Services” and explained our needs, and we were assured that they did indeed offer the “one stop shop” approach. Our first dealings with “Total Services” were in regards to a full refurbishment of a terraced property. This property required a complete overhaul, including central heating, new flooring through out, new wallpaper, full re paint in every room, new doors and also some re-wiring. We were given a job specification, and a time of completion. The whole project was completed on time, at the exact costings we were told and the works were to a very high standard - so much so that we did actually take numerous pictures of the property.

 We have now used “Total Services” on numerous occasions, both for small and minor works, to full refurbishment projects and also the design and construction of conservatories and extensions. To date we are more than happy with the quality of work constantly provided, the project management and also the efficiency of the whole team, not once have we been let down on a project. We no longer worry about any works needed within the property portfolio, it is merely a case of calling “Total Services” and arranging for them to visit the property. ”
